We’re lucky to have the Organic Farming Research Foundation (based in Santa Cruz) working hard on the Farm Bill. As Congress begins the initial phase of 2012 Farm Bill work, OFRF is developing their Farm Bill policy platform, identifying programs and provisions important to the future of organic agriculture. They have an online survey to gather feedback from organic or transitioning farmers, farmers interested in transitioning to organic production, and organic consumers, available here: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VWWDMBZ. Let them know what Slow Foodies think is important!
